It's been a while...but new exciting things are afoot in the park

Although the Triparks project concluded in 2008, my interest in the Northumberland landscape continues.

I was most pleased to see recently that HLF have awarded funds for a new Landscape Discovery Centre at Once Brewed on the site that was the HQ for the south park management team when Paul and I were doing our residency.

This new exciting project is called The Sill, see link below for more info:

They are going to involve artists in the project and have been advertising a fellowship for a textile artist. I will be watching with interest and hope whoever they appoint has a great experience working within the National Park.
